What's the community about, though?

Its a place where you can post anything girly related.

It's a pretty laid back community where the girls are pretty close one with another, and there's always activities to do (such as question of the day, picture posts, etc.).

I think its pretty nifty.

I read the community information - seems rather annoying to become a member and that there's a bunch of rules to follow, etc. I have to say, it doesn't make me want to try to join... I don't do waiting lists and being told what to do well. lol

I can appreciate that you like the community and that it's important to you, though. :)

I have smart and wonderful LJ friends, of course I'd read whatever you suggest! :) Even if it's not for me, doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it at all. That's what makes each of us unique - we all have different tastes and likes, and that's just perfect. :)

Besides, the community, based off of what I read in your post, is something you really like and it's important that you have something like that in your life. We all need something we can be a part of. So I'm happy for you, you know?
